044 These Are A Few Of Our Favorite Things

THESE ARE A FEW OF OUR FAVORITE THINGS

In this special Christmas Eve episode Sandy and Elisabeth invite you to stop and take a moment this holiday season to think about some of your favorite things about this special time of year and share a few of their own most favorite things with you.

PSALM 19:1-4 The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they reveal knowledge. They have no speech, they use no words; no sound is heard from them. Yet their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world.

The only way to do a last minute Christmas wrong is to not let go of things that ultimately don’t bring joy to you or your family.

Pick a FEW moments and BE PRESENT. Don’t let your perception of the situation steal the joy from the time you have together, because in the end the things won’t matter the time spent together will.

If you’re doing great this holiday season and trying to figure out when to stop then quit spending money on your kids and look around for people in your community that you can be a blessing to this Christmas. Check with your church, look at Facebook, check on your friends you know have had a hard year, call your local food pantry or other local charities.

LUKE [6:38] Give, and it will be given to you. a good measure, Pressed down, shaken together, and running over, it will spill into your lap. The way you give to others is the way God will give to you.
